"I loved everything about the breakfast though I missed a few because I overslept 😂"

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"Zelo urejeno in lično okolje in zunanjost objekta, trije bazeni. Osebje je izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Hotel je neposredno ob morju, ležalniki na hotelski plaži so nekoliko dvignjeni od morja a vseeno le nekaj metrov stran, tako da lahko do morja dostopaš neposredno iz hotelske plaže."

Sobe bi lahko osvežili. Ob prihodu smo prejeli 1 steklenico pitne vode na osebo, osebje nam je povedalo, da nam ker nimamo all inclusive paketa to pripada le ob prihodu. Glede na to, da voda predstavlja minimalen strošek ob lahko ponudili na primer 1 steklenico pitne vode na osebo na dan. Ležalnikov na plaži ni dovolj za vse goste, večina si jih rezervira že takoj zgodaj zjutraj. Zaščita ored komarji okoli postelje je imela več lukenj.

"Ambijent, atmosfera, manga stripi, lokacija in vse potrebno za bivanje, od pralnega stroja, sušilca, zobne sčetke, fena, krtacke za lase in celo likalnilnika za lase. V skupnem prostoru na recepciji brezplacna uporaba mikrovalovne, toastera, voda in caj, dosti vec kot smo pricakovali."

Majhne sobe😃, tako kot povsod v Japanu, ampak ni motece, glede na to da se j in pije v skupnih prostorih recepcije.

"Great location...600m walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT station closeby. A short walk into Orchard Rd, near Chinatown. Easy access to several dining options. Rooms were comfortable and pool was very welcome."

"Nice hotel & grounds considering they were recovering from the hurrican the gardens were very well cared for with a small amount of repair work going on which didnt bother us, pool area had plenty of room & beds, we used the restaurant for beakfast, the omlettes were nice. Lots of shops & places to eat near by on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, we stayed 2nights so didnt get much time to explore outside, we stopped here before we departed home, 10mins to airport."

Our room was next to the main road so we had alot of traffic noise, a pool view room I would advise to avoid this.

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Dobra lokacija, zraven avtobusne postaje in terminala za trajekte, ki vozijo na Gozo in Camino. Velike in čiste sobe, lepi bazeni, ogrevan notranji, igralnica za otroke."

Concierge service is not at the same level.

"Osebje je zelo prijazno. Hotel je čist in okusno opremljen.Izbor hrane pri obrokih je raznovrsten. Hrana je okusna. Hotel ima priznanje za najboljši hotel v BIH. Pozoren moraš biti pri rezervaciji, da naročiš sobo z balkonom. Midva sva rezervirala zadnjo možno ponudbo sobe, ki je bila mala, brez balkona in se nama je zdela sicer utesnjena, pa sva se potem navadila, ker ni bilo druge možnosti. Hotel ima lastno plažo s senčniki in ležalniki. Ležalnike je potrebno doplačati - najem na dan. Enako tudi parking. Plaža ima dobro lokacijo in si tam lahko cel dan brez težav. Tudi parking je plačljiv z možnostjo najema garažnega parkinga ali pred hotelom. Skratka, če si želite dopusta v Neumu, je to zelo dobra izbira."
