"Lep hotel nedaleč od centra mesta, prijeten ambient, prijazno osebje,..."

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"Lokacija. Tudi to, da lahko gosti ob odhodu zadnji dan (brezplacno) pustijo prtljago v posebni sobi in pridejo ponjo pozneje. Prav tako lahko gosti takrat pocakajo v veliki skupni sobi,na primer ko je dezeven dan in sprehod po mestu ni privlacen. Jaz sem tako imel odhod avtobusa sele zvecer."

Vsec mi ni bilo loputanje vrat sosednjih sob in skupnih sanitarij, tudi ponoci. Kljuke vrat so namrec taksne, da je normalno zapiranje vrat tezje.

"Možnost uporabe bazena, savne in fitnesa. Možnost hrambe prtljage zadnji dan do poznega popoldneva, prijazno in zelo ustrežljivo osebje."

Glasba ob bazenu po 22 uri zvečer je bila občasno malo moteča.

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"It's on the beach, right as you want it to be at a place like Turks. The atmosphere is, in general, very cozy, and the overall premises work well. It gives out a relaxed mood and the sea in front of the hotel is superb. They actually provide ice free of charge, which eventually proved to be very helpful. The room was quite good and spacious. They are, though, a bit old, but they still provide a good stay, and everything worked as expected."

The service at the restaurant is quite slow. Some technical stuff in the rooms can be improved, such as the shower and the sockets.

"Osebje je zelo prijazno. Hotel je čist in okusno opremljen.Izbor hrane pri obrokih je raznovrsten. Hrana je okusna. Hotel ima priznanje za najboljši hotel v BIH. Pozoren moraš biti pri rezervaciji, da naročiš sobo z balkonom. Midva sva rezervirala zadnjo možno ponudbo sobe, ki je bila mala, brez balkona in se nama je zdela sicer utesnjena, pa sva se potem navadila, ker ni bilo druge možnosti. Hotel ima lastno plažo s senčniki in ležalniki. Ležalnike je potrebno doplačati - najem na dan. Enako tudi parking. Plaža ima dobro lokacijo in si tam lahko cel dan brez težav. Tudi parking je plačljiv z možnostjo najema garažnega parkinga ali pred hotelom. Skratka, če si želite dopusta v Neumu, je to zelo dobra izbira."

"Zajtrk res odličen, velika izbira jedi,tudi za tiste malo bolj izbirčne. Všeč mi je bilo tudi,da me osebje ni preveč motilo med obrokom. Res lepa mala pozornost do vsakega gosta da ima v sobi opremo za pripravo kave ali čaja. Vse super😊 Lokacija Top, v bližini znamenitosti in mestnih atrakcij, tako da je ogled mestnih znamenitosti prijeten sprehod."

Mogoče bi izpostavila samo "velikost " moje sobe, drugo pa vse odlično.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

The food price quite high in their restaurant

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

The Spa could have been a little bigger, but it’s good the way it is.

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

"Clean hotel in the city center, next to a mini market. Warm room without many amenities but quite spacious bathroom. On the plus side, parking in a public area under the hotel.The view of the restaurant was amazing."

There is not a direct access of the parking to the hotel. The breakfast was poor as there was no hot dishes (scrambled eggs i.e.) and there was the only option of black coffee even the restaurant was servings other coffees the rest of the day.
