"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

Breakfast could have been better..There was no smoked salmon which I love, and there was not a lot of different cheeses and cold meats for me..Otherwise very good

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

Vsec mi ni bilo loputanje vrat sosednjih sob in skupnih sanitarij, tudi ponoci. Kljuke vrat so namrec taksne, da je normalno zapiranje vrat tezje.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"Nice hotel & grounds considering they were recovering from the hurrican the gardens were very well cared for with a small amount of repair work going on which didnt bother us, pool area had plenty of room & beds, we used the restaurant for beakfast, the omlettes were nice. Lots of shops & places to eat near by on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, we stayed 2nights so didnt get much time to explore outside, we stopped here before we departed home, 10mins to airport."

Our room was next to the main road so we had alot of traffic noise, a pool view room I would advise to avoid this.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.
