"Such a great experience! Came a bit worried by the reviews, but since Mama Fifì is back the house is very clean and well managed. Rooms are simple, but it was such a pleasure to share a house with a real local landlady and spend some times in a real Huahine household, with whom we shared dinners and good moments. We were just three guests in off season, experience may be different when the dorm is full. A bit isolated, renting moped advised, but they deliver there too, and walking distance to water access and incredible beach hikes."

We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"The owner was vey kind. He let us check in early as we took an overnight bus to Siwa. The room was very comfortable and we were able to use the facilities even after check out as we were waiting for our next overnight bus! Thank you for such kind hospitality!"

"A very nice and atmospheric resort. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of parking spaces. There is a gazebo on site where you can barbecue and spend a nice evening. Additionally, a small playground for children. The rooms are very clean. Two toilets and 3 shower cabins per floor."
