Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

the only thing that bothered me was the poor soundproofing, I could hear our neighbors.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"The location is awesome. Lovely beach with warm water and white sand. Beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were very good. Expect lots of good seafood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stat. I only wish the weather was better while I was there."

"Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"Osebje je zelo prijazno. Hotel je čist in okusno opremljen.Izbor hrane pri obrokih je raznovrsten. Hrana je okusna. Hotel ima priznanje za najboljši hotel v BIH. Pozoren moraš biti pri rezervaciji, da naročiš sobo z balkonom. Midva sva rezervirala zadnjo možno ponudbo sobe, ki je bila mala, brez balkona in se nama je zdela sicer utesnjena, pa sva se potem navadila, ker ni bilo druge možnosti. Hotel ima lastno plažo s senčniki in ležalniki. Ležalnike je potrebno doplačati - najem na dan. Enako tudi parking. Plaža ima dobro lokacijo in si tam lahko cel dan brez težav. Tudi parking je plačljiv z možnostjo najema garažnega parkinga ali pred hotelom. Skratka, če si želite dopusta v Neumu, je to zelo dobra izbira."

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).
