"Fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay special was the service. Mustafa at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond by upgrading us to a much nicer room, which we really appreciated. His kindness and professionalism made a great first impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and Mustafa definitely did that for us. We felt genuinely looked after and valued as guests. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will happily return in the future."

"We stayed in Vista Suite room (514). It is really huge with great view. Hotel location is just nice and very near to market area and Bay Area. Location is apt for a cab either to flag down or hop in via Karwa booking. We used room service and experience was simply great. Very supportive and friendly staff."

"My stay at City Centre Rotana Doha was truly special. During the current circumstances in the region, the team showed incredible kindness, respect, and genuine care. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed every day. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Martin, Ms. Rayan, Ms. Sahar, Mr. Youssef (from Tunisia), Mr. Abdulrahman, Mr. Magdy, Mr. Tarek, and Youssef from the hotel restaurant. Their warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality meant a lot to me, and I will always remember the kindness and attention they showed during this time."

"Breakfast service was rushed at times. Some of the staff seemed stressed and took a while to be seated and orders taken on some busy mornings. One particular female staff who dresses in a blue outfit different from rest of the staff (Philippine origin) was quite rude at times"
