"Extremely friendly and responsive staff both in the lobby, entrance and restaurant. The location was great -- right next to the metro and pretty much walking distance to any hotspots in Doha."

"There seemed to be some missing amenities like toiletries and personal care kits. The entire floor was carpeted so it seemed slightly unhygienic to not have any slippers provided as well."

"We were absolutely thrilled with the unexpected room upgrade—it made our celebration truly special !A huge thank you for the thoughtful birthday cake; it was a wonderful touch. The staff of the entire hotel was friendly. Once again , thank you Jay & All staff in all departments. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Hanane Bihi & Aly Taman."

The host was remarkably polite and professional. His respectful and refined manner elevated the entire experience. He made sure everything was perfect and treated me more like a valued guest than just a visitor."
