"The breakfast was good Location is more than perfect There was a lady who I called to help me in fixing the heater of the water, that lady from the room service and she helled in a minute while the receptionist didn't show any help There was a lady in the reception was amazing. I am sorry I can't remember the names"

They made me feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed every day. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Martin, Ms. Rayan, Ms. Sahar, Mr. Youssef (from Tunisia), Mr. Abdulrahman, Mr. Magdy, Mr. Tarek, and Youssef from the hotel restaurant. Their warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality meant a lot to me, and I will always remember the kindness and attention they showed during this time."

"everything went well. the staff was excellent and they pay great attention to detail. also the location was very convenient, close to public transportation and it was easy to explore without hassle. overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place."
