"The location is perfect for Vientiane, within a short walk of everyrhing. Very clean, safe apartment and the staff are very helpful"
"Very little to complain about. The safe in the room didn't work, but there is full time security on site so nobody was getting in anyway"
"The property got back to me with an offer to cancel my booking for free because they had a water leakage issue. They also offered a similar alternative accommodation right next door and said they will waive 1 night's charge if I accept the alternative option. They said we could decide after seeing the alternative option. We say the alternative option, which was quite good and great value with 1 night's charges waived. The whole thing worked quite smoothly."
"We had requested for a late check out at 2.30 pm but we were told that once we cross 1 pm, we will have to pay for a late check out. This was clearly a rule book based approach without any flexibility."
"Really nice place, great living room, great bedroom, great shower. Building was clean, apartment was clean, huge refrigerator and seperat A/C for each room. New towels placed outside door each day with complimentary water. Cleaning available on request. Gas station near by if you rent wheels to get around. And both restaurant/bars and massage places within 100 meters from the hotel. Close to the city center."

"Our stay at Niraxay Apartments turned out to be very nice indeed. Our Apartment was modern, and had two big bedrooms, both with attached large bathrooms. There was a comfortable living room complete with TV, sofas etc. Kitchen is very well equipped with a cooking range, microwave oven, utensils and crockery. Apartment is situated on the third floor and is reachable by a lift. A well-equipped gym is available on the second floor. Daily cleaning service is provided on request. Location of the Apartment is in a nice, lively area - very close to Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels which can serve as a handy landmark. On the ground floor of the Apartment is a lovely little cafe. One of the best features of the Apartment is the young Manager, Taiy! He is forever smiling and happy to help. All in all, an excellent place to stay in Vientiane."
