The bathroom drain was setup in a strange way that the water had to flow past the entire bathroom floor before it drained making it wet everywhere. This property is also located at the end of the city, so it makes it difficult to get to places if you don’t have a motorbike. On the other hand, it is super easy to go from this property to locations such as Vat Phu and the Bolaven Plateau. So, it’s good to be aware of the trade offs.

"Everything worked well, good hot water, bed comfortable, large outdoor patio good for large groups, air con works great, private bathroom that's actually in the room, great electric and plumbing, my family thought the food was excellent. Very good view from the rooms, water was clear and nice. Staff very helpful. There is now a bridge that you can drive a car across the river to get to resort."

Difficult to keep the flying insect down but what do you expect, you're in a rural area on the water. It was manageable for us during our February stay as the weather is cooler so maybe less bugs, didn't have a problem dining outside so that was a plus. The bedding looked worn and have some stains but smell clean, not a big deal for me I understand water is probably from a well so after time whites may not look so white. When you get close to the resort, a little bit difficult to find because construction of rural roads but if you look at GPS you will have general direction and you can call them for help too. This area has lots of pot holes and broken parts of the road so keep that in mind and slow down and have the right vehicle, like truck or suv.

My room was on a higher floor, quiet and with a nice city view. What I loved most was the location — just a few steps away from both the morning and night markets. There are also many local restaurants nearby, so you can easily explore without needing transportation. The room was clean and well-equipped, with strong air conditioning and Wi-Fi. I stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily, replacing towels and keeping everything tidy. A great place to stay — I’ll definitely come back next time!"

"Rien de mieux pour finir le séjour. Un établissement tout neuf, très propre. Le personnel très agréable, avec un bon service. L'établissement est bien situé. Petit déjeuner en buffet, sur le toit avec le plus de la piscine. Je recommande sans hésiter si vous êtes de passage !"
