"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"Nice hotel & grounds considering they were recovering from the hurrican the gardens were very well cared for with a small amount of repair work going on which didnt bother us, pool area had plenty of room & beds, we used the restaurant for beakfast, the omlettes were nice. Lots of shops & places to eat near by on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, we stayed 2nights so didnt get much time to explore outside, we stopped here before we departed home, 10mins to airport."

Our room was next to the main road so we had alot of traffic noise, a pool view room I would advise to avoid this.

"The hotel is in a very central location, meaning that you can easily navigate by foot or by taxi to many of the malls that you are close by. The breakfast is amazing and sufficiently varied to satisfy most palates."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.
