Der Gastgeber Franck ist sehr nett und er erklärt auch wunderbar die Handhabung des Dingis, so dass man auch jederzeit an Land gehen kann. Möchte man aber bei so einem paradiesischen Hausboot gar nicht :-). Mehr Karibik geht nicht!"

"I have just spent the most amazing 3 nights on the Grand Swan, one of 3 beautiful 5 Star Houseboats in this small group, located in a great position on Lake Dal. The rooms are very well presented and very comfortable. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. The chef made sure the food was to my liking, and there was plenty of it, The staff went above and beyond to make sure i got the most out of my short stay. Mr Ahmed the manager arranged some trips for me including a not to be missed tour of the lake. A special thanks to Mr Shabam, who did everything from bringing me coffee in the morning to accompanying me on a magical trip to the mountains, where his local knowledge and friends made this a trip I will never forget and got to meet the local people. I can highly recommend staying here whether you are travelling by yourself, with friends or with family. I am already planning my return"

"Zanimiva lokacija, prijazno osebje, udobna namestitev, dovolj prostorna soba in kopalnica, velik plus igralnica (ne za majhne otroke)."

Starejša zadeva, vendar čista in funkcionalna. Zajtrk bolj tako, tako.

The only thing I didn't like was the narrow bathroom But, I've stayed there 3 times in total and I knew what to expect..

"Lokacija je odlična, cca. 20 minut hoje od glavne železniške postaje. Cena za tako lokacijo je prav tako odlična. Kabina je zelo majhna, vendar je postelja dovolj dolga in udobna, notri je še umivalnik in omara, imela sem zelo lep razgled. Možna je uporaba palube z razgledom na mesto. Skupni prostor je zelo simpatičen. Sobe so v dveh nadstropjih, v mojem nadstropju sta bili na voljo dve kopalnici z WC-jem, vrste ni bilo. Zelo priporočam za kratko bivanje."

Zvočna izolacija je zelo slaba. Pri zajtrku bi bilo lahko malo več izbire (in več zaloge, saj je nekaterih stvari takoj zmanjkalo). WC in tuš sta v istem majhnem prostoru.

"Ideal overnight stop over for cycling in Flanders. Bart is a great host and the bar had many interesting beers. Breakfast in the morning was excellent."

The sleeping accommodation in the small boat was a bit cramped and in hot weather not very comfortable.

"Superb location to where were visiting - football stadium. Very comfortable in all areas with plenty of seating. Staff were great and friendly and gave a warm welcome. Nothing was too much problem. Breakfast was continental with a good choice."

Nothing - everything was great and as shown in pictures on web site. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a new concept. A few teething issues to sort. Breakfast took a long time. They should also make you aware in advance about cruise timings as it means the boat is unaccessible. This is OK providing your planning an evening out somewhere anyway. Evening cruise from 8pm to 11pm in our case

"A unique experience you will always remember. The private boat tour to the cabin with our guide Thomas was amazing. The view and serenity are second to none. The cabin is modern and clean. The bed is comfy. Temperature was great. The included food was delicious and so much."

Remember you are in a very fancy tent on the glacier lagoon rather than a hotel room :) All very clearly communicated so no surprise, but beware that the toilet is a fraction of an airplane toilet with no real door, there is no shower, and you need to be super careful with everything.
