Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private.

"The owner, Pierce was very friendly as were the other workers here. Location was excellent as it was close to shops, restaurants and you can even walk to the ferry terminal. Included breakfast was good enough. Great views from the hotel. Good value for an expensive destination like St Thomas."

I had a shared bathroom but it seems like everyone was using it, not just the guests who were designated that bathroom. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything that people do in their rooms...

The room was really spacious and beautifully decorated. Also loved the outdoor shower! The highlight is definitely the swimming pool, which can be enjoyed at all times of the day thanks to the shade from the trees. The landscaping has been so well thought out. It truly felt like a little bit of luxury staying here and we loved it!"

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

"This place and it's owner offer truly valuable experience, it is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Very close to the nature, snorkeling beach, horses. Owner is very communicative, helpful, open-minded person. I can highly recommend the breakfast. If you don't like all inclusive monsters and want to place that has 'soul' it is for you. We'd love to get back to this place."
