"Beautiful property with great beach area and nice sunrise, staff was nice although check in definitely took a while. Breakfast food was good"

"Constantly feeling like you are trying to be kinda scammed- we booked 2 bedrooms (so 2 adjoining rooms with 2 separate room numbers originally saying to accomodate 8 people) for 4 people and we had to pay 50 usd every day for 2 extra breakfasts because we were told those were not included and they were booked only for 2 adults and 2 children. afterwards I also read that it was an issue for many. I’ve stayed in many different properties around the world and this is honestly a scam. If this was included in the price we would have paid it absolutely fine but why ask for this on top? Also booking an ocean view room and being given one on second floor with trees overshadowing the whole view was ridiculous. We were even told at the reception the ocean view means that you are direction wise positioned to the ocean, lol. I added the picture of the view. Thankful for the lovely manager that changed our room after further complaints"

"We loved our stay here! The staff are amazing and the activities offered each day were very enjoyable. The drinks were great and staff were very generous with liquor. We enjoyed the food and loved the buffet each day. The Italian restaurant was our favourite."

"The hotel needs to amend their restaurant booking system as it is currently broken and the only way to book the nicer restaurants is to line up each day for a chance to secure a table."

"Great location on the hotel zone. The resort has a really nice spacious sandy beach, although it gets busy, never feels crowded. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in. The restaurants had great food choices, freshly cooked and tasty."

The concierges, bar staff, and buffet team were all excellent, and we really appreciated the warm introduction from the head chef. The food and drinks were very good, and our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay!"
