"I didn't want to leave a review, because I would like this place to be my secret, but that wouldn't be fair to the hosts. This is the kind of place you could imagine Hemmngway writing a novel. It's not for you twee Instagramers. Influencers, stay away! This house has bucket fulls of character there is art in every corner. The giant marlin and tuna sculptures are wonderful. Then , to top it all, you have the turquoise lagoon with lovely snorkeling on your doorstep. Oh, did I mention, the sunsets are jawdropping. If soulless hotels are not your thing. Try Chalet Avea. Huahine is a beautiful island and this is a perfect corner of it."

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Karl et Wanda. Ce sont des personnes accueillantes, généreuses et authentiques, toujours prêtes à partager leur culture, les lieux à découvrir et la gastronomie locale.
