"Met the property manager when we arrived and got the keys directly from her. The sand, beach and water are awesome. We spent hours snorkeling. Every day. We would leave to hike, eat and scuba dive. Then return to the property to enjoy the breeze, water, stars, coconuts, star fruit, kayaks, warm nights, ... Yes. We found it to be excellent. Hands down. Excellent."

My wife and I liked everything about the villa. For those considering coming with many friends, do note that the villa has one bathroom - so that may be something the factor. The downstairs as well as the upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning which is nice at night. During the day, opening the front and back patio doors brought in a very pleasant, cooling breeze; so we found that air conditioning (which the common areas don't have) wasn't needed anyway.

Great location, close to town, yet set back from the noise and with stunning views. Highly recommend!"

"It was very clean and new. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was quite big. The breakfast on the terrasse was a great plus. Arii even accommodated a late checkout which was great. Very close to Matira Beach and to a supermarket."

Since this is an apartment, I would expect some basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar to cook.
