"Izjemno prav vse. Na 10 dnevnem potovanju najboljša destinacij. Družinski hotel katerega bi ocenil še višje vendar ni možno. Tako prijazno in gostoljubno osebje. Res na visokem nivoju. Imela sva pol penzijon, zajtrk in vecdrjo. Zajtrk traja 45 minut. Nosijo in nosijo. Ne moreš verjet. Hrana zelo okusna. Pri večerji pa ravno tako. Vse pohvale. Globok poklon. Lp"

"Hotel se nahaja na zelo lepi lokaciji, tik ob jezeru. Na vrtni strani je lep pogled na visoke gore, kljub visokim dnevnim temperaturam, je bilo ponoči in zjutraj prijetno sveže. V sobi je ponoči zelo tiho, mehke in udobne postelje zagotovijo sproščujoč oddih. Čistoča in urejenost sobe je odlična. V hotelski restavraciji postrežejo vrhunski in zeeelo obilen zajtrk po želji. Zaradi izjemne restavracije in prekrasnega, ustrežljivega osebja priporočam obisk. Hrana, ki jo strežejo v restavraciji je zares vrhunska in odličnega okusa."

"Povprečen hotel s starejšo opremo. Soba in terasa sta bili zelo prostorni, soba celo v velikosti stanovanjske enote. Zajtrk in večerja sta bila v redu. Osebje povprečno."

"Lovely clean room & very big, comfortable bed. Great proximity to the lake - literally over the road - with sun loungers & parasols. Food was lovely & plentiful. Staff really helpful & nice."

Our daughters are picky eaters, and satisfying their tastes can be challenging, even at home. Choosing something from a menu often ends up being a fiasco. At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board."
