"The room is clean. However, I missed breakfast on the first day because I couldn’t find the place, as it is one block away from the hotel."
"The lighting near the doorbell is poor, making it difficult to enter the password to go inside. The lighting at the front desk is also insufficient."
"The hotel is small and centrally located in an absolutely quiet street - so perfectly located for those not seeking for a party at the beach. The room was simple but very spacious and very clean. Breakfast is served in a small bakery (Antica Pasticceria Gelateria Jolly) in 2 min walking distance to the hotel. For me it was nice to choose from the fresh Italian sweets offered there. Sara at the reception was very kind and although the reception was not serviced all the day, I received my luggage which was lost at the airport. Everything was as stated on the website and small issues with the air conditioning were solved very fast - 🙏"

"Lovely quiet location in the centre of the Old town. Great sized room. Friendly staff. Breakfast at the cafe across the square was an added bonus for us. We got the bus to the beach which was very easy and there was a well stocked little supermarket round the corner. A very nice place to spend a couple of nights in Rimini."

"The hotel was clean, had air conditioning, and spacious. The breakfast is not on site but a 3 minute walk down the street, and the people there were sweet and the food was delicious, you could get a coffee, water, and a pastry each morning (up to 5€). Although the staff isn’t there full time, when they were, they were very helpful and explained everything to us (beach, breakfast, etc.) very clearly and they were friendly. :)"
"There was no 24-h reception but you could call them. To enter you needed to call to get the code. That was the only “inconvenient” thing. But everything else was good."

"Good berth in a side street close to the centre of Rimini. Decent sized and clean room, comfortable bed. Lift. Off season so the front desk wasn't manned, and the breakfast was in a local (and good) cafe. We didn't plan to stay here, but had to due to floods, and we thank the hotel for letting us stay at short notice."
