"Osebje je zelo prijazno. Hotel je čist in okusno opremljen.Izbor hrane pri obrokih je raznovrsten. Hrana je okusna. Hotel ima priznanje za najboljši hotel v BIH. Pozoren moraš biti pri rezervaciji, da naročiš sobo z balkonom. Midva sva rezervirala zadnjo možno ponudbo sobe, ki je bila mala, brez balkona in se nama je zdela sicer utesnjena, pa sva se potem navadila, ker ni bilo druge možnosti. Hotel ima lastno plažo s senčniki in ležalniki. Ležalnike je potrebno doplačati - najem na dan. Enako tudi parking. Plaža ima dobro lokacijo in si tam lahko cel dan brez težav. Tudi parking je plačljiv z možnostjo najema garažnega parkinga ali pred hotelom. Skratka, če si želite dopusta v Neumu, je to zelo dobra izbira."

"The design and decoration of the hotel. The flowers and the garden is beautiful and peaceful."

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"Nice hotel & grounds considering they were recovering from the hurrican the gardens were very well cared for with a small amount of repair work going on which didnt bother us, pool area had plenty of room & beds, we used the restaurant for beakfast, the omlettes were nice. Lots of shops & places to eat near by on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, we stayed 2nights so didnt get much time to explore outside, we stopped here before we departed home, 10mins to airport."

Our room was next to the main road so we had alot of traffic noise, a pool view room I would advise to avoid this.

"The location is awesome. Lovely beach with warm water and white sand. Beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfasts were pretty good. Dinners were very good. Expect lots of good seafood. I thoroughly enjoyed my stat. I only wish the weather was better while I was there."

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.
