"An absolutely phenomenal experience that went far beyond a normal hotel stay. I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

The size of the room was a little cramped.

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

A bit of music around the pool to give it more of a vibe. Doors to the balcony didn't lock properly. Lighting so dark in the second bedroom.

"Breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village ."
