Samantha was very friendly. Stephen didn't say hi to us but that's okay. We will stay at this property again!"

"The best house we booked ever . Reckon the best in Batumi area. Exceptional location , magnificent view, botanical garden.And very welcoming hosts, house owners . Large enough property for the family of 5 , very comfortable , all facilities including good TV and sound system.Thank you ! Will come again ."

"Zelo prijazna gostiteljica. lepo nas je sprejela in nam razložila kaj se kaj nahaja v okolici nastanitve. Zadnji dan nam je podaljšala uporabo nastanitve, da smo se lahko stuširali preden smo odšli na letališče. Nastanitev je bila res zelo udobna in praktična. Okolica apartmaja je urejena in zelena."

"The host was lovely. Arranged a time to meet and greet to show us around. Basic snacks and drinks were provided which was a nice touch. House was clean and well maintained. Towels and spare sheets provided. 2 bathrooms was great. Great washer and dryer (massive american style washer and dryer), fully kitted out kitchen and convenient parking outside property in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Property exactly as advertised. Very nice facilities. 7 minutes drive to Sheraton shopping mall though there is a 'popular' supermarket which is walking distance or 2 minutes drive. Its about 15 minutes to bridgetown or oistins which is very central and banks are close by. Host arranged a housekeeper half way through holiday at no extra charge and we even had resident monkeys greeting us every morning. Only teeny tiny thing was the middle (1of 3) bedroom had a ceiling fan rather than ac and it was hot but that was minor really."

It would be good if there could be an established recycling collection/point locally.

"What a surprisingly wonderful stay. OK, the cabin wasnt flash. It was a bit dated and worn (reminiscent of mid-20th century beach cabins), but it was spacious, comfy, everything worked, plenty of TV channels, the shower had good hot water, and the area was quiet despite being very close to the town, night market, and beaches. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing 4-day stay."
