"The apartment was absolutely spotless and very spacious. After a couple weeks of traveling we were so happy to stay in this gem, which is also fantastic value for money. Great communication before and throughout our stay. Easy and flexible check-in. Well stocked kitchen and super comfortable bedroom. To have a garden was also a massive bonus. The apartment itself is only a 20 min walk from the centre and is served well by local buses. Alice gave us some brilliant recommendations of things to do in the area and even offered to send back some personal belongings I accidentally left behind. It is so rare to find a place and a host that exceeds every expectation. The care and attention put into this apartment and the experience of guests is the best I have experienced while traveling. If we are in Perpignan again we will definitely stay here and will be recommending it to our family and friends. 10/10!"

"Viajamos con nuestra perrita así que para nuestras necesidades este alojamiento ha sido perfecto! Con un pipican (espace chien) al final de la calle, 1 min a pie. Esta en una zona tranquila, a las afueras, y aun así en pocos minutos estás en el centro. El alojamiento es mejor de lo que muestran las fotos, super bonito, con detalles, todos lo necesario en la cocina (café, té, infusiones, azúcar, sal, aceite… disponible). La cama muy cómoda! Y un jardín trasero privado increíble! Muestro viaje es para conocer los mercadillos navideños del sur de Francia y esta primera parada ha sido fantástica! Teníamos decoración navideña en la casa (incluido un gran árbol en el salón), la calefacción estaba cuando llegamos (se agradeció muchísimo encontrar la casa tan calentita) y el agua caliente genial y sin problemas. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas y más todavía si viajas con tu peludo 🤗"

"El apartamento está genialmente situado, muy cerca de las autovías de salida si vas con coche y bien comunicado con el centro de Aix en Provence a través de un autobus que te deja en el justo centro. Tiene cerca algún supermercado y una boulangerie buena."

"The apartment is perfectly located just in front of the ski lift Chozal (red slop) and a bus stop (navette) which takes you to Les Saisies ski resort. The apartment was clean, big enough and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. I could park the car every day in front of the house and the ski room on the ground floor is very easy to access."

"The furnishing was very good, especially the kitchen was full of all kinds of cutlery and pans/pots. Very clean apartment too. Located quite well to visit top places like Nice, Cannes, Monaco within short distances, yes in a very peaceful locality. The view from balcony is serene."

"Très beau et grand chalet, bien placé avec une excellente vue. Un équipement un peu plus complet aurait été nettement appreciable .. (lave vaisselle dysfonctionnant, pas de box internet, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine). Pour le reste niquel. Ménage : c'était loin d'être d'être propre a notre arrivée. Nous l'avons laissé beaucoup plus propre que ce que c'était !!"
