"L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et du port avec commerces et restaurants (5 minutes à pied) il est parfaitement équipé très propre et décoré avec goût. Les plus : le parking sécurisé et le lit bébé à disposition La résidence dispose d’un vaste jardin et d’un belle piscine qui n’était pas ouverte à notre saison mais qui semble très agréable. L’hôte prépare l’appartement avec de nombreuses petites attentions ce qui est très agréable ! Il est également très disponible ! Tout est parfaitement pensé pour passer un doux séjour !"

"De locatie is ideaal als tussenstop op doorreis naar Spanje. Verblijf van 2 a 3 dagen max. Gruissan is gezellig. Het appartement is kleiner dan het oogt op de foto s maar alle nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Het contact met de eigenares is top. Heel goede airco, was zeker nodig. Bakker, groentewinkel, restaurants, alles is op 5 minuten wandelen."

"The owner was friendly and kind even 10 months before my arrival, when I made reservation. Upon my arrival, he gave me detailed instructions on how to use devices in the kitchen, bathroom, and others, which was really helpful. During my stay, he sometimes asked me if everything was all right. The studio was located in the garden of his property, and it was quiet and safe, away from the street. His cat sometimes came into the studio and slept on the bed. Toulouse-Matabiau train station was just a 15-minute walk away. The buses no.39 bound for Place Jeanne-d'Arc stop one block away (Rue Arago). "Intermarché", the supermarket, was just around the corner."
