"The place was as expected, the roof terrace was really nice at the evening. Still warm summer night to enjoy a glass of wine or water/whatever :) Water kettle, coffee maker, oven etc all were there. Only small thing what was missing, was the dishwasher, but that was not a biggie."

"The apartment was on the 4th floor of an apartment block on the outskirts of Beaune. It was well laid out with a kitchenette area, living room space and a bedroom area, the latter able to be screened off by curtains. The sofa in teh living room converted to a double bed and there was also a fold down bed in this area. The kitchenette was well equipped and the apartment also benefitted from a good-sized fridge-freezer and small washing machine in a utility room. A large supermarket was within easy walking distance of the property. Perhaps the best feature was the balcony, affording views over the outskirts of Beaune towards some nearby hills - it was an ideal place to sit and eat. The apartment block was adjacent to a parking area which appeared to offer plenty of space for guests."

"It is really hard to share thoughts on place you want to own alone. As a person with no great expectations (which sometimes turns into huge disappointment), I found this place as a branch of Paradise. Probably never in my life I wanted to come back again so much like I want to go to La Dime in Giverny again. If you’re looking for peaceful and picturesque retreat- the place is found. Please have breakfast and dinner to treat yourself like a king or queen. Me and my family, we left our hearts in storage at La Dime de Giverny until the next date with beautiful nature, spirit of old and real France, amazing hospitality and impeccable care. God bless fantastic people - hosts, owners, proprietors and cute English spaniel."

"The drive to the location was magnificent, we enjoyed the real rural France, very picturesque. The place is fascinating, old house but well maintained. The old mill, beautiful river / pond just in at the backyard, ducks walking there. A very quiet place, no traffic heard, just the birds. It was warm and cozy, good heating. The owner spoke mostly French, but we managed, he was very friendly and ready to help. We would be happy to visit again."
