"The building in the picture is actually completely dedicated for the guest. The hosts live in a building opposite. and the compound is gated and you thee is enough room to park your car in the internal yard. The area is residential and quiet. There is an elliptical shaped bath and the toilet has its own room. The kitchen has all the necessary features for anybody who wants to do serious cooking. There is also a lot of space in the living room/kitchen"

"We have stayed in this apartment while visiting Paris. The location is great, Eiffel Tower within 15minutes walk - and we had 2 small kids with us. Bulding is not in best shape, but apartmant was great and had everything what we needed. Only minus - we had some small issues with lock, it was bit difficult to lock it. Host was really helpfull, we had 2 small request, which were handled immediately. I would highly recommend this place for Paris visit."

Il permet également de disposer d'un cadre idéal pour se reposer et profiter du climat local en se rafraîchissant auprès d'une piscine ou dans des locaux climatisés. Un seul mot d'ordre "idoine"... Tout est pensé et mis à disposition pour permettre de passer un séjour sans se poser de questions. Jeux pour les enfants, lave vaisselle, lave linge, etc... Votre chez vous...mais au Vignal. "The place was exceptionally clean. The linen was clean and had a beautiful aroma. Isabel and Alain were polite and more than welcoming. We didn't speak French but they made a great effort which we appreciated it. The outdoor area was relaxing, and the pool was clean and refreshing."

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir, et les hôtes ont eu la gentillesse de nous fournir des provisions de base, car les magasins étaient fermés. Ils étaient accueillants, communicatifs et agréables, avec une touche d’humour qui a rendu les échanges plaisants. L’appartement était propre, fonctionnel et bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre-ville. Cela nous a permis de profiter facilement de restaurant et des commerces à proximité. L’ambiance était calme, ce qui était appréciable pour se détendre. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut un séjour confortable et sans complications, grâce à l’organisation et à l’amabilité des hôtes. He was enthusiastic about advising on the lovely city and the area, and provided an excellent continental breakfast in characterful surroundings. The location could not have been better for us, with the rail station, tram route and city centre being within minutes."
