"Safe, Well furnished and equipped. 24/7 electricity, WiFi was great. Loved the roofed terrace where you can seat and watch the beach view and feel the warm air with a speaker to listen to music or podcasts while making a meal in the adjacent kitchen or even grilling right there. Semi clean. Bathroom and room is alright. One of the best locations I would say. Very close to Marcelo beach (one of the best beaches) and most other beaches. Access to food and supermarkets were easy. There are Lebanese restaurants down the road for burgers and sandwiches and proper food."

"It’s not well maintained because the owner doesn’t live there and a housekeeper is in charge. Not very clean which is the fault of the house keeper. Saw a few baby cockroaches. Place has crazy potential if it is well managed. Also found out upon arrival that i have to pay for electricity bill per usage . Not an exorbitant cost for the 3 days I stayed but still outside my budget."
