"Our family spent wonderfull time in Royal Solaris Cancun. The room was very clean and spacious. All the staff was very nice and helpfull. The quality and variety of food was very good. I would like to say special thanks to Gabriela (dinner manager) who help us to manage gluten free food for our daughter during our stay, but also other staff was very helpfull during breakfast and lunch. We didnt have any issue with food. We really appreciate that our stay was safe for our daughter. Many thanks, we recommend for trip to Cancun."

"We were not able to have dinner in San Marco restaurant during our stay. The reservesiat made by reception at our check in at 21.00 was not feasible for us as we were with 7 years old child. Also reservtions for other days with the app were also not possible, the capacity seems to be very low. The preparation of gluten free food last sometimes too long (one dinner almost 1 hour) but we understand they need to prepare it separetelly."

"Pred prihodom sem prebrala nekaj mnenj gostov in sem bila zelo zaskrbljena kaj bom dobila, ker mnenja niso bila ravno dobra. Ampak jaz sem imela najeti apartma in je bilo vse OK. Nobene pripombe. Tudi osebje se je prijazno odzvalo na moje potrebe."

"Iz bližnjega objekta je bilo slišati v sobo prireditve, ki so bile sleherni dan. In to prav do jutranjih ur.To pa je bilo zelo moteče."

"Very good location (If you are staying for a day or two, just to be close to the bus station or airport) - very close to the shopping area, but in a quiet and peaceful place. The hotel itself is nothing special, but at least it is clean, with nice beds and air conditioning. For hot water you have to be patient for it to come, but anyway the climate is so warm that you don't really need hot water."
