"We had an upgrade thanks to the Genius programme, the room was excellent and very spacious. We were all comfortable and the sea view was amazing. It's a good floor (14) as it's for the Fiesta Rewards members. Very clean and the bed very comfortable."

"Too busy at times so the lifts take a lot longer to arrive. The pool is always very busy due to the number of people staying. Best to go during the week. Other people from other floors come to help themselves to coffee which isn't meant for them."

"Great (old) hotel with lots of different pools, right next to the (unfortunately now very narrow) beach! Some cute animals live in the hotel (flamingo, peacock, parrot, black swan,..), that was a highlight for the kids! The room (golf view) had a good size, a small fridge and coffee maker. A/C was a little smelly but kept the room at a good temperature. Breakfast was very good, we especially enjoyed the omelettes from the egg station! Service was quite attentive most days. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful."

"There were only 2 elevators (on the weekend there was also the service elevator) for looots of guests, so sometimes you had to queue quite some time to make your way to the lobby/room. In the evenings it was a little loud, as there was music in the lobby, which you can hear in the room (11th floor)."

"El personal muy atento. Llegué antes de la hora de checking y nuestras habitaciones ya estaban listas. Lo comenté desde mi reservación y nos apoyaron con esa parte. La alberca y el chapoteadero desconozco si tienen sistema de calefacción pero el agua jamás estuvo fría. La limpieza bastante bien. El internet, bueno, llegaba sin problema a la habitación siendo el cuarto piso. El elevador un plus. Regresaría sin duda alguna."

"La alberca tenía muchas hojas y se sentía mucho la presencia de cloro. El control de la televisión servía para el cable pero no encendia la pantalla (nada que no se pueda resolver)."
