"The room was in a prime location, just a 2 minute walk from Baga Beach. The customer service exceeded expectations, they assisted with shuttle transportation and were kind enough to offer a free upgrade. It truly felt like home."

"Had an amazing stay. I could see lot of improvements in service, food and amenities. Its also not far from beach. The hotel arranged a transport for us and ensured all our needs are taken care of. Will definitely recommend to family and friends."

"Reception boy was very nice, couldn't do more for you. Cleaned reception. Stairs and hallways daily , if you didn't want your room cleaned daily was OK with that as doesn't need doing daily. But when asked it was done"
