"An exceptional hotel absolutely wonderful I will truly miss it The value for money is outstanding and everything was simply perfect I would especially like to highlight the staff at the executive lounge and the pool Thank you so much for your effort and care it really made a difference I highly recommend considering access to the executive lounge it is a fantastic option for dinner after a day of sightseeing/ working with delicious food including sushi sashimi excellent desserts and a great selection of drinks And the view from the window is beautiful I am absolutely delighted with my stay"

"The hotel lobby and breakfast and lounge areas are in a shopping precinct Lacks a cosy bar area for guests. We ended up going to the nearby Waldorf Astoria for a drink one night which had a better vibe. It would be great if a separate bar area could be opened somewhere. Also no seating whilst waiting for transport which I suspect is to ensure visiting shoppers don’t sit around."
