"I stayed in Room 1501, which offered a fantastic view of Harare Gardens and was conveniently close to shops. The room itself was spacious and clean with a huge, comfortable bed. Wi-Fi worked reliably and the room was equipped with a TV and bar fridge. The bathroom, while functional, is old-style and could benefit from a refresh. Toiletries were replenished daily, though the towels were not of the best quality. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. The check-in/out process was smooth and efficient. The breakfast team stood out for their warmth and politeness. Breakfast itself was decent, with plenty of options for meat lovers. The hotel features a pool and a gym on the 16th floor, both overlooking Harare Gardens. Its location is excellent—close to shops, eateries, and only about a 20-minute drive from the airport. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel."

"There is a great view of the parc next to the hotel both from the room and from the restaurant. I enjoyed looking at the treetops and the plants. The hotel is placed in center, close to the ministries (less than 10 minutes walk). The breakfast and lunch buffets were top quality. The staff in the restaurant was more than top in their service; always on their feet keeping an eye out for what the guests might be needed. Bathroom fine and good quality of towels++. Outside, always available taxis with kind taxi drivers."

"It is difficult to give gratitude to the staff in the restaurant. The hotel should consider to put a box, discretely, at the entrance, so one could give a little upon leaving. This is a well-known approach in many Asian countries."

"The stuff welcomed me with love and respect. They assisted me with my luggage and showing me my room. Food was excellent and the room service is 24hrs which is very convenient."

"This is an older hotel, and I was a bit skeptical that it might be a little worse for wear, but I was pleasantly surprised. It has been well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the city center, I'd recommend it."

"My main complaint is that there is only one restaurant that only does buffets, and you can't order a la carte. There is, however, a very limited menu at the bar. Also, while the weather while I was there was mild, the rooms have no A/C, although you can ask for a rather noisy and ineffective portable unit if you want."
