"Great staff, really do their best. Good breakfast. Big room. Nice to have a gate button for access but it was a security worry that any other guest could open unsupervised. Bed seemed clean and had a mattress protector."
"- Very dirty and stained carpeting. - Room smelled like old hair product and stale air. - TV had only 2 very bad quality channels - Aircon could not be adjusted - Construction worksite ruined the atmosphere of the property and yet still charging full price. - Bed too soft to be comfortable. - I had 4 pillows on the bed, 2 did not have pillow cases on them. - Basin in bathroom did not drain. - Overpriced for the quality."

"We had an amazing night in Jacaranda! A beautiful room, breakfast that was abundant and with various choices. Right now they have renovations going on which was visible but not audible. The room was spacious and clean and had the best shower we have had in our two weeks in Zimbabwe. Fari also had some great recommendations for dinner nearby. Thank you for the stay, 100% recommend."
