"I stayed for three nights with my family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The location is excellent – central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of the food – everything we tried was delicious and clearly prepared with care. Another big plus was the on-site parking, which made traveling with a family much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel 12 to anyone visiting Gjakova. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, service, and location. We would definitely come back!"
