"This was good value for the price that we paid. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout. I would especially commend their support in helping us find taxis. We were only in Tashkent for one night, and had not been aware that you need a Russian taxi app (Yandex) to get a cab. I would also commend the enormous breakfast spread which they provided - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the full variety."

"A modern hotel an ideal stopover for the Airport. Excellent rooms comfortable bed and a good hot shower. Using the taxi app Yandex makes it very easy and inexpensive to get anywhere in all major towns. The ride from the hotel to airport was about £2 for a 20 minute journey"

"The two young receptionists were very helpful and kind. When we told them that we have a flight to catch early in the morning, they said that they will prepare takeaway boxes for our breakfast. They also said that they will help us book our taxi to the airport and that they will inform the staff on duty in the morning about our requests. We were very grateful and touched by the hospitality and kindness of the two gentlemen. We don’t know their names but we arrived on 8 August sometime between 6-7pm 😊"

"This hotel was just perfect for our 10 hours layover before our flight at 11 that night. Its distance from Tashkent Airport is less than 10 minutes away. Since we didnt stay overnight & will miss the complimentary breakfast, Mr Akobir at the reception arranged for us a complimentary early dinner instead - and sent to our rooms. We were deeply touched for this gesture. We were also allowed an early check in - at 11:30 am - when we arrived from Khiva. Special mention of the helpful Mr Akobir & Mr Erkin at the reception counter. Highly recommended hotel!"

"Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Well trained English speaking young boys, always ready to help and guide. The rooms are clean and the facilities are great. It’s a modern hotel located 7-8 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the main area. Housekeeping staff were also very professional. Big balcony and great ventilation and lots of natural light when you need it."

"AC was weak but did the job. Rooms aren’t 100 per cent sound proof. Maybe management can consider adding a jet spray or bidet on the toilet seats for global customers. But that’s all, no other issues."
