"Communication via Booking.com was impressively fast. Response time was always very quick. Appreciate the hotel in making adjustments to my request. The lobby was very eye catching and welcoming. There didn’t seem to be a lot of tourists when we were there which was nice! Bfast was adequate for both mornings. Enjoyed the food which may be more suited to Asians. S Asians and caucasians (whites) may find the food not to their taste but I may be wrong!!! Room was very comfortable. No house keeping since we had a choice to not have it."

"Its a beautiful old fashioned hotel with a stunning spacious foyer, large rooms and nicely furnished. It seems to be getting renovated by new owners. Rooms were quiet. Staff went above and beyond to assist me with my problems. There is a self service laundry facility that is conveniently located off the foyer. Nice breakfast. Super popular Japanese grill restaurant in the building."
"No usb ports in the rooms. Needed own charger. Front desk had some but tgey took forever to charge any devices. I think tgey should invest in some new ones."

"整體入住體驗不錯，地點非常方便，附近就是公益路，吃東西、逛街都很方便，走到勤美綠園道也不遠。房間乾淨整潔，床很好睡，整體佈置有設計感，住起來滿舒服的 櫃台人員親切，入住和退房都很順利，開車來也有停車位，對旅客來說很加分 唯一比較可惜的是隔音普通，走廊或隔壁房間的聲音偶爾會聽到，但不至於影響整體住宿品質 如果重視地點、舒適度和便利性，這間飯店還是很值得推薦"

"地理位置很棒，附近商店走路5分鐘內可以到達，美食商圈很近走路10分鐘可到! 房間乾淨且很大!另外有桌子椅子可以使用，還很貼心附上耳塞，整體隔音覺得OK。希望可以保持?? 下次有機會很意願再次入住!很適合台中自駕之旅，因為有停車場很方便!"
