"Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable, nice view from the windows."

"Apartment was large and spacious. Incredibly comfortable bed. Fab breakfast and very nice staff. If you needed anything all you had to do was ask - even bringing me an extra duvet. Very convenient for walking to shops, shopping mall, numerous restaurants and took us 10 minutes to walk to Taksim Square."
"We were in the penthouse so it got a little noisy at night from, we think, air con units on the roof, but it was tolerable."
"The place was clean and The staff were very cooperative . Upon my arrival at the hotel, my Mastercard wasn't working and I didn't have enough cash money to pay for the taxi. The receptionist paid the taxi driver, and unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Thank you very much to him"
"The lighting is poor, the flooring is somewhat old and needs replacing, and there is no coffee available."
"The hotel staff is always at the disposal of very nice customers, very friendly."

"Extremely stay Again I stayed at Vernazza Hotel last year in August 2024 for seven nights, and this time I returned for two full weeks. Once again, I was very happy with my stay. The staff were outstanding (Especially Ere)– extremely helpful and responsive. I truly appreciate their efforts and want to thank them for continuing their great work. The location is another big plus – very central and close to everything: shopping areas, restaurants, and the metro station. The rooms were also spacious and wide, which made the stay even more comfortable. For the price, it’s unbeatable – you really can’t compare it to other hotels in the same range. Overall, my stay was very satisfying and enjoyable. Just a minor note: the hotel could use some maintenance and refurbishing in the future. But honestly, that didn’t affect my experience. Without a doubt, this won’t be my last time. Whenever I come to Istanbul, I will stay at the Bernadza Hotel."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."
"Odlična lokacija, spektakularen pogled, prijazno osebje"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."
Mark Sakran Hotel
"The overall ambiance was good with professional staff . Hammam and hot pool were excellent ."

"Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed."
"It was such a great place for staying in with a good quality for everything"
"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
