"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! If I return to this city, I already know exactly where I’ll be staying. The hotel's greatest strength is its location: it’s incredibly close to Taksim Square, which makes it so easy to hop on the metro and reach Sultanahmet in just 20 minutes. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive to every guest's needs. On my departure day, I had an unexpected issue that could have been a real problem, but they solved it immediately. A very special mention goes to Sarcen from Guest Relations. He was absolutely fantastic—he helped me book the airport shuttle and guided me through using the Istanbulkart. He is not only highly competent but also very friendly and professional. To top it all off, I received a star treatment: I booked a standard room but was upgraded to a stunning suite! This was a wonderful surprise that made my trip even more special. An absolute 10/10 experience!"

"All staff were amazing however on the last day there was a concierge who spoke with an American accent who asked me to bring all of the room keys down when I checked out and then when I went up to get something I left in the fridge he made me wait and sent someone up to check the mini fridge to ensure I hadn’t stolen anything and then he shouted my name across the lobby to call me over and say I could leave. There was another concierge there who told him to leave the room keys."
