"Nekajkrat letno (3-4 X) bivamo v resortu, sicer mačkam prijazen resort(lahko se prosto gibljejo, dovoljeno jim je biti kjerkoli) in vendarle: vedno veliko mladičev, brejih mladih mačk, zraven neverjetne količine hrane za ljudi, mačke stradajo. Lačne,shujsane prosijo za milostne zalogaje po resortu. Turčija poznana po ljubezni in naklonjenosti, ter skrbi za živali (mačke, pse), tukaj ne poznajo sterilizacije in redno hranjenje lačnih mačk. V drugih hotelih v Antalyi večinoma imajo organizirano skrb za mačke in pse. Ljubitelje živali ki opažajo stisko teh mačk, resort razočara. Nemalo veterinarskih ambulant je v Antalyji, vkolikor je problem denar(težko verjamemo), so možne donacije itd. Prosimo da odgovorni začnejo reševati ta problem, edino to je za zameriti."

"The hotel is great. Everything was perfect, starting with the welcome at the entrance door. The staff at the reception always answered questions immediately. The bars make sure that drinks are served on time. The staff in the restaurant is very careful, quickly but unobtrusively removes dirty dishes. Very good selection of food. One person carefully cleans the floor all the time and it is always perfectly clean. People work quickly but without stress, which is very important. After Mardan Palace, we had another premium hotel booked in Belek. Mardan Palace is much better. We will go to Mardan Palace again next year."

"although the hotel is fabulous, areas of the hotel are starting to look dated and in need of replacement for example the beautiful staircase which is the centre point of the hotel the carpet has worn out! a number of the taps in the toilets are loose, tiles in and around the swimming pool are missing.Not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel, really need to get rid of the cabana beds people don't want to pay to hire for the day, 80% aren't used!! The location of the hotel is a little out of the way you need to get taxi's every where a round trip for 4 will cost around 30 euro's"
