"The location is ideal, just 2 minutes walk from Taksim Square. The hotel is very clean and the staff is perfect- they are so helpful and always eager to assist you whenever you need it. Rooms are nice decorared and new. I really enjoy in Heya Hotel. I really recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Istanbul."

"Location is perfect! The hotel is next to Taksim Square, two minutes walking distance from Istiklal Street. Staff is very helpful and kind. Rooms are new, clean and very nice. If you need perfect location for exploring the city and high level of service, i definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Great location next to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Modern, new and nice decorated rooms with all essential facilities. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and always ready to help you. Manager is very kind and responsive. We will definitely stay again when we visit Istanbul."

"Très belle expérience ! Hôtel idéalement situé, proche de tout, ce qui est super pratique. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et vraiment confortable, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le personnel est un vrai plus : accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. L’ambiance générale est agréable et reposante. Je recommande fortement, excellent rapport qualité/prix ! 👌"

"Best location in the heart of the main square opposit to a tourist company that I used for guided tours. Close to hundreds of restaurants and shops. Top floor is the restaurant rich open buffet over looking the sea in a fantastic panorama. Friendly staff special thanks to Boshra a professional decent and very helpful receptionist. There are 3 effecient elevators."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. Musto and his family were friendly, helpful and available. They arranged a transfer from the airport - which was good as the old town is a "rabbit warren" and many Uber drivers won't go in there (there is a good pickup point within 2 mins walk). The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were lucky to have sun all week and Musto had given us a room which had sun on the balcony all day (great for March, maybe not for July!). The pool was very warm and the courtyard had lots of places to sit. Free tea/coffee and an outside kitchen were also great. The location was perfect for restaurants, bars and the lovely ambience of the old town. There is a market next to the Yivli mosque that has very good pricing. The bazaar just outside the old town is obviously more expensive."
