Nastanitev The Grass Serviced Suites se nahaja na priročni lokaciji v bližini glavne ceste, ki vodi do južnega predela mesta Pattaya. Ponuja suite in brezplačen WiFi v vseh sobah. Vse suite nudijo dnevni predel s kavčem, TV z ravnim zaslonom in mednarodnimi programi ter z jedilno mizo in manjšo kuhinjo s hladilnikom ter mikrovalovno pečico. Suite z 2 spalnicama se ponašajo z ločeno dnevno sobo, suite z 1 spalnico pa imajo dnevni predel in spalnico ločeno s steklenimi drsnimi vrati. Kopalnica je opremljena s prho. Sprostite se lahko v zunanjem bazenu, ki ima pod zgradbo tudi pokrit predel. Koristite lahko storitev pranja perila, možno pa je tudi plačilo s kartico Union Pay. V okolici najdete restavracije in trgovine, enostavno pa lahko dostopate tudi do javnega prevoza. Plaža in priljubljeno nočno dogajanje na ulici Walking Street sta le 2 km stran, mesto Bangkok in mednarodno letališče Suvarnabhumi pa sta oddaljena približno 2 uri vožnje.

"This is without doubt the best value for money hotel in Pattaya. I have stayed here numerous times and have never been let down. NOK and her colleagues go out of their way to make sure your stay is spot on. The rooms are an excellent size, big beds, comfortable lounge, kitchenette and good bathrooms. Nice swimming pool,and an excellent buffet breakfast for just 160bht. There are amenities on site; laundry, spa, hairdressers and a 24 hour convenience shop. Close to the big C for shopping and plenty of places to eat and drink. Close to central Pattaya for those looking for a livelier night! Another bonus is the Close proximity to the motorway (5 minutes) for when it's time to go back to the airport. Please give the Grass a try, you won't regret it."

"This is a privately owned apartment in a complex. It is ground floor in a quiet corner. The apartment is large and is modern with every conceivable appliance you could wish for in the kitchen/lounge.including large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. The Bedroom can be separated by ajoining doors. Bed huge and comfortable. Wardrobe large with lots of hangers. There's a safe in the lounge. Bathroom has a non slip walk in shower. There are separate AC units in the lounge/kitchen and Bedroom which is a great idea. You can sit out frint or back. Now the apartment is like a shop. It has games beach stuff sun hats even a couple of crash helmets if you want to rent a bike. The Pool is large and well designed with plenty of sun beds. 10 mins walk to beach.What I also liked was it was next door to Retro Sports Bar which showed all the Foootball Matches and had draft Guinness and next to that a great Kebab Shop."

"The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short home stay or even longer. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a nicely set up kitchen. The air conditioner works well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning and hear the jungle. It is a bit out of the way, so it is quite quiet, which was perfect for us. You will need the use of Grab or hire your own transport to get in and out of Kamala and beyond. The pool was nice and a lovely area to chill out in."
