"Location is perfect closed to Glob restaurant, Harvey Nicols, mamo restaurant. Butlers were amazing and very helpful, the same consierge and reception. One night I asked for tea next night I found waiting for me tea with flowers and cookies. Customer service is perfect. They left on my books few new bookmarks:) I have asked for paper to write something they deliver is minute! They try to assist you in any steps to make your life comfortable. I have to mention spa and Cristina’massage. She will get title from me: The best on the world!"

"Everything about our stay was as you'd expect from such a refined hotel. The suite was spacious, very comfortable and high-tech. The furniture was very classy and visually appealing, it felt warm and cozy to sit in the living room. I'd like to thank the reservationn team since they accomodated my last minute request to decorate the room for a special occasion in a pleasent manner, and a gentleman named Ibrahim at reception, he was corteous and generous with my request to extend the check out period."

"Two things: 1. We booked a city view suite, but the only view we had was the next huge building which completely engulfed our field of vision and covered the landspace so it slightly took away from the magic of the stay. Because you expect suites to have more remarkable views than regular rooms. 2. A minor mishap with the checkout, as we had to call twice with an hour between the calls and nobody showed up to take our luggage, so we took it ourseleves, it is not a big problem but it certainly did not meet our expectation from a lavish hotel."

"Der Balkon ist nur ein französischer Balkon, man kann sich dort nicht bewegen, sondern nur rausschauen. Leider war der Minibalkon auch nicht sauber sondern mit Taubendreck verschmutzt, ebenso die Wege in Richtung Rezeption."
