"Zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv lastnik stanovanja. Prišli smo ob 10.30, poklicali lastnika (Miloš), ki nam je že dal ključe stanovanja in ga podrobno razkazal. Stanovanje veliko in čisto. Dva wc - ja, velik dnevni prostor z kuhinjo, ter spalnica. Kuhali nismo, ker smo jedli zunaj. Parkirišče brezplačno pred blokom. Avtobus do centra Beograda 200 metrov stran. Avtobusni prevozi od 1.1.2025 dalje v Beogradu gratis...Še se bomo vrnili."

"We had an amazing time at Genex Apartment. The view from this unique building is simply stunning! We loved it. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The location is great with lots of stores nearby, but close to the highway as well. It is easy to reach by local bus. The hosts are very friendly and communicative and arranged a friendly shuttle late evening from the airport."

"I immensely enjoyed my stay in Genex with my wife. The view is breathtaking. Miloš (the owner) is very welcoming and friendly. Besides the fantastic scenery, the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a couple of heavy, cosy blankets. A must-stay location for brutalist-architecture lovers!"

"It was a beautiful and large apartment in a very good location with a wonderful view. Milos looked after me and my wife very well and told us how to get to the zoo by car and where the free parking was. Good football chat too. Plenty of good places to eat, with a pizza place very close and kiosks selling burek and small supermarkets and chemists close by. Good value and very clean and well equipt. We stayed in October last year."
