"When we arrived our room was so cold, the air conditioning was set to 17 degrees and we were freezing. There was no way to set it to a higher temperature, so we had to stop it all in all. Unfortunately it would take a day for the room temperature to get back to normal. No extra blankets in the room, so we asked for those and we were fine after."
