"Easy to find lovely lady on reception Very clean and modern nice quiet stay nearby restraunts but quiet. 15 euro to porto airport . Bus ststion 30 mins walk. Defo stay there again . Bathroom towels provided lovely shower gel . Bathroom clean modern . Nice pillows extra bedding ."

"Good check-in, keypad for front door and key for room. Lovely big staircase leading to our first floor room good size and not a lot of clutter, good shower, good air-con, good WiFi. Opposite the room was a lounge area with fridge microwave kitchen plates, lounge, TV, dining table. Location was so perfect for seeing Porto. Mattress was hard. Busy road so some street noise. We had the room Thursday, Fri, Sat. Thursday Friday so quiet, no problems. Saturday Porto gets busy and other guests were not very considerate with their talking and door banging. Would still recommend staying here."

"The location is only 500 from Sao Bento station, and 10 to 15 minute walk to other main attractions. Bakery just across the street and bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay."

"I arrived earlier than the check-in time but was able to check in for just €10, which was great. The staff was friendly, and the location was excellent—close to the city center and many entertainment options."

"Old building, rooms are equipped with the bare minimum for a comfortable overnight stay. Very friendly staff, showed and explained everything. Quite quiet and calm."

"The building is old. There is a need to do some repair work, for example, the room in the bathroom or the doors to the balcony are very difficult to close, they have already sagged."
