"Guten Tag, die Lage war einfach einzigartig, wenn mal schnell die heiligen Stätten und Attraktionen besuchen möchte. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren ausgesucht lecken und mit Liebe zubereitet. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und das Personal war höflich und zuvorkommend und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Ich habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt! Danke, Mo und Ali, dass Ihr immer für mich da wart, danke für Tee, Obst und Kekse und gute Gespräche!"
"Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzten, vielleicht die etwas abgewetzten Teppich-Läufer im 2. OG, aber das wars dann auch! Achso, die Fenster waren am ersten Tag nicht pickobello sauber, aber auch das wurde sofort erledigt, man muss eigentlich nicht mal PIEP sagen, dann wird es schon erledigt..."
"The hotel was amazing. The staff were very welcoming. We especially loved the view from the room. It looked on the city of Beit Jala. The hotel was in a great location. Close to taxi and bus stops. There were also many restaurants and shops within a few feet of the hotel. We loved the breakfast buffet."

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and exceptionally well-managed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, providing the perfect environment to relax after a long day. The facilities were excellent, and you can really tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.
