"The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is also ideally located. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and other points of interest, and close to old San Juan. But what we liked the most was the outstandikg service provided by our host. He was in constant communication with us to make sure that everything was fine. He also provided us with great tips and recommendations, which enhanced our experience in Puerto Rico and made our trip memorable. I absolutely recommend this accommodation!"

"Luciano was an incredible host! He picked me up from the airport and drove me around Old San Juan because I mentioned I was only there for a short work trip and wouldn't get to see much of the area. Getting to know the streets from a local's eyes gave me the confidence to venture out on my own as well. I would not have had such a warm and immersive experience if I had just went with a hotel. The price point was better too! I felt very safe and Luciano checked on me throughout my stay as well. 10/10 recommend for solo travelers."

"Nearby restaurants, walking distance. 10-15 mins to San Juan beaches, Old San Juan and SJU airport. Host is superb! Communicated well from start to finish. He suggested a lot of restaurants to eat. Designated parking lot for the stay, if you’ll rent a car for your stay. I love the remote operated bed, helps me to watch TV while lying down in bed and relaxing. Property has hair blower and steamer for clothes."
