"Very popular place for meetings. I stayed for a week and one evening was a big party, where you could still here from my room (I lived on a group floor). Another meeting was in the morning, in the breakfast hall there were not enough table for the guests."

"Mały hotelik ( choć nazwa dumna sieci Mercure ) jak na Cieszyn dosyć drogi ale położony w zacisznym miejscu my mieliśmy pecha bo rano była awaria prądu i śniadanie było bez kawy .Jak na jeden nocleg w sam raz."

"Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer machte einen ordentlichen sauberen Eindruck. Die Möbel waren in Ordnung. Wasserstation auf dem Korridor. Frühstück konnte man im Hotel dazubuchen."
"Das Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen und musste separat bezahlt werden. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig angelegt, aber nach vier Tagen wurden gewisse Sachen, wie Müsli nicht nachgefüllt oder immer das gleiche Brot aufgetischt. Ebenfalls war das Rührei manchmal nicht durchgekocht. Den Preis pro Person mit ca. 15 Euro war nicht gerechtfertigt. Im Zimmer war die WC Spülung sehr langsam, was wohl mit dem Wasserdruck zu tun hatte. Auch bei der Dusche war fast kein Wasserdruck vorhanden, es ging grad so... Die Programme beim Fernseher waren noch analog und von sehr schlechter Übertragung. ca. 10 Sender, was heute bei einem Hotel nicht sein darf. Keine Internationalen Sender."
