Communication was smooth and friendly throughout, which made everything effortless from start to finish. "Great location, spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and coffee maker. Lovely decor and very comfortable for a large group, with blankets provided for chilly days. "We have been staying there several times now, always during our Christmas trips...because it is on our way...Always cozy decorated for Christmas, the rooms have the necessary things like TV...water...it would be nice to have coffee in the rooms...also the hotel restaurant offers very tasty food...the only thing I am not happy with this time is that there was no hot water in the bathroom...not only in ours...I heard someone else complaining at the reception...I hope it is just an accident...I would stay there again!"
