"The room was nice, we were right off reception on the ground floor. The area is very nice to walk around and close to restaurants and cafes and the malecón. The lady who takes care of things and makes the breakfast was lovely and helped with our luggage collection that we were sending ahead via courier."

"The beds were very comfortable and the family room was adequate, although a bit small. Breakfast was quite complete. The young woman who checked us in was not very friendly, but the rest of the staff were correct and helpful enough."

"Location, location, location. It was awesome, staff were friendly and always a step ahead to make sure your stay is comfy. I traveled with my family. Excellent for families, we ate there. The food was good, we tried the boulevard another time for lunch and it was awful, the restaurants are full of flies. We felt disgusted just to see too many flies around your food. So just eat at the hotel restaurant instead. The room was like a cabin, with a high roof and a balcony with a sea view. There are two pools, one for kids and the other for adults. Also they help us store our luggage in a locker. We stayed the rest of the day in the pool after checking out. I would definitely recommend this for families and couples traveling alone. It has private beach access. Thanks, we will be coming back for sure!!"
