"Cracking noise from airconditioning, needs to be fixed, rather annoying at night time and disturbed the sleep. Safety box was not working in the room. For this personnel offered a room change but we preferred to stay in the room as we already had unpacked our stuff."

"Hmmm, a shower in the bathroom would be great! The jacuzzi is fantastic but needs about 40 minutes to fill up. It's an old fashioned look - the entry is odd ,- into a separate but connected space with one massive sofa that faces a wall. It might be nice to have a TV there, or dining table, as really it's a not very useful space as it is!"

"An excellent hotel in a great location. There are shops and restaurants near by, and the staff is very helpful booking transportation. We got an upgrade to a suite which was spacious and comfortable. The suites would be good value when booking a longer stay. There is also a steam room on site to help relax after a busy day."
